Hello! My name is Olivia, and I'm a master's student from the USA doing my degree at Humboldt University in Berlin. I moved to Berlin two years ago and have loved every second.

Right now, I am working on my master's thesis and I can work easily from anywhere on my laptop. Because of this, I have a flexible schedule and can easily give attention to your pets :)

For many years I was the proud pet parent to several guinea pigs, which are surprisingly high maintenance yet truly loving and incredibly intelligent small animals. As such, I'm used to caring for pets on a regular schedule, being attentive to their needs, and having plenty of playtime together.

Although I've never had cats or dogs myself, I've petsit and cared for animals starting during my bachelor's degree in California, putting my petsitting experience at around 7 years.

Because I have a flexible schedule, I like to take my time with each visit or longer petsit. I love to take walks around the neighbourhood and am eager to take dogs out for playtime at a suitable location. For cats, I equally enjoy a quiet night in with a snuggle on the couch.

🐈 For cats: along with feeding and playtime, brushing your cats (as requested) and cleanup of their litterboxes is inclusive during my visits.

🐕 For dogs: 2 to 3 walks per day for at least 30 minutes (morning and evening), in addition to another longer walk or playtime for active dogs in the afternoon.

✍️ Other care: I have experience administering eye drops for cats, dogs, and other small animals, as well as gentle cleaning of eye crust with warm water as recommended by your veterinarian.

Naturally, you'll receive updates about and photos of your furry friend with each check-in or throughout the day for overnight stays. Any routine you have with your pets' walks, playtime, and/or feeding times will be maintained with great care.

Regretfully, I am not able to host other pets at my home as my flatmate has a 15-year-old Persian cat who prefers to be queen of the house 👑 if you will. But she is a very lovely lady :)
