I'm Nell. I'm from Germany and study in Nijmegen - and while my Dutch is good enough to understand most written and spoken texts, it unfortunately is not enough for writing this text in Dutch :).
I have lived with cats for multiple years. One of them was adopted by my family as a very shy little kitten. In the first months I bore most of the responsibility for socialising it and caring for it - we became really good buddies and made up lots of fun games together!
As for dogs, while I don't have one of my own (yet!), I have had the chance to be an intern, and later a flexible employee, at a breeding and training facility for therapy dogs. There I cared for a number of puppies and dogs whose ages varied between a few weeks and 3 years old. Most of them were Labradors and Australian Shepherds, thus I am most experienced with those breeds. I also worked with a mini poodle there.
Through my work as a dogsitter on this platform, I have had the chance to become friends with many more breeds and mixes, and I am always happy to get to know more!
I also have multiple years of experience with caring for bunnies.
